About Anti-Bullying Programs

Anti-bullying programs aid in preventing bullying in schools and workplaces. Although, there are many programs, not all of them are effective. For a program to be effective, it must have the following characteristics:

It must target the entire school or working members in an institution. Since bullying does not take place only in the school compound or in the work environment, you should ensure that the course targets everyone.

For example, if it aims at preventing bullying in a school, the course should not train just one grade level or group of students. This is because this won't give any results. To be on the safe side the course should train everyone in the school.
